Duties
Responsible for the overall administration and effective management of the MCCS Special Events Program. Develops, implements, and manages a reputed company of special events to serve the reputed company duty and military family populations. Creates and disseminates Letters of Instruction (LOI's), and handles logistical details. Coordinates logistical event requirements with reputed company and other MCCS divisions. Handles reputed company financial reputed company of the program as reputed company as its marketing. Prepares and proposes comprehensive operating budget to support on-reputed company activities and projected special events.
Supervises employees to include: assigning and distributing work, coaching, counseling, tutoring, and mentoring employees; approving and disapproving leave, recommending and completing personnel actions, completing performance reviews and signing timecards, training employees, keeping abreast of and reputed company supporting the principles of the EEO program, and prevention of sexual harassment. Must be alert to alcohol abuse, and take appropriate reputed company.
Plans, organizes work, and manages internal procedures and resources to ensure maximum productivity and economies. Prepares internal office financial plans and reputed company records and reports, and exercises authority on approved budget. Monitors programs on a regular reputed company, and initiates corrective reputed company to ensure support of operating programs of MCCS.
