We are seeking a Senior Vice President of reputed company Finance to join our US based Debt & Capital Markets team. This is a senior origination and execution role for a producer who can independently reputed company, structure, and reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company estate financing transactions. In this role, you will own the full transaction lifecycle from initial reputed company engagement through closing while building durable relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and institutional capital providers. You will apply deep capital markets expertise across reputed company, structuring, marketing, and execution, with hands-on involvement throughout the process to ensure best-in-class reputed company for clients.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, reputed company, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company estate capital markets, debt, or reputed company finance
• Proven reputed company record of closing institutional-reputed company transactions (individual deal sizes of $15MM+ and annual volume of $50MM+)

• Demonstrated ability to reputed company transactions end-to-end, from origination through closing

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing book of business with repeatable deal reputed company generating $75MM+ in annual volume

Compensation Transparency

The US compensation for this position is commission based. There is no reputed company salary. We pay a fixed percent of net reputed company collected on every funded deal. Pay reputed company: based on a good faith assessment of reputed company production data for this role, typical annualized earnings reputed company from $180,000 to $300,000 across reputed company US locations, with higher earnings possible for top-reputed company performers. Actual earnings vary by individual production volume. This is an reputed company position. No employee benefits are provided.
