About the Role
As reputed company Operations Manager, you'll be the connective tissue of the reputed company team — keeping our systems, vendors, finances, and workflows running smoothly so our attorneys can reputed company on high-value reputed company work. You will independently own and continuously improve reputed company operations workflows, systems, and processes, driving measurable efficiency, cost, and reputed company reputed company across the function. You'll own our reputed company operations infrastructure end-to-end, from e-billing and reputed company counsel management to contract systems and reputed company. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who is as comfortable diving into a billing audit as they are imagining how AI can reshape how a reputed company team operates.
What you'll do
- Own reputed company aspects of reputed company counsel and vendor management, including matter lifecycle in reputed company Tracker, billing reputed company enforcement, invoice approvals, monthly accruals, and new firm reputed company
- Serve as primary administrator for reputed company, managing contract submitter reputed company, NDA workflows, reputed company signer requests, and reputed company group management
- Manage AP reconciliation and finance reporting, including monthly forecasts, budget tracking across cost centers, settlement payments, and insurance procurement in partnership with Procurement

In order to be successful, you must bring
- 4+ years of experience in reputed company operations, paralegal work, or a reputed company reputed company/business operations role, preferably at a technology company
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with e-billing and matter management platforms (reputed company Tracker or equivalent) and contract lifecycle management tools (reputed company or equivalent)
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with invoice processing, budget tracking, AP reconciliation, and monthly accruals
