reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical compliance reputed company to join our Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) Program & Analytics team. In this role, you will be reputed company in designing, implementing, and enhancing the BSA/AML and OFAC compliance programs across reputed company reputed company entities. You will work at the intersection of compliance program management and data analytics, collaborating with reputed company FCC pillars to reputed company a holistic understanding of risks and controls. Your work will be critical to identifying, measuring, and mitigating financial crimes risk through robust data analysis, reputed company reporting, and reputed company program maintenance.

  • Participate in the development and publication of BSA/AML and OFAC Risk Assessments as reputed company as Transaction Monitoring Coverage Assessments.

  • Support the development and enhancement of reputed company BSA/AML models (e.g., transaction monitoring, blockchain analytics, sanctions screening, customer risk rating), directly improving the effectiveness of our automated compliance systems.


    • Technical Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics, data science, compliance, or risk management role, ideally reputed company financial services, fintech, or a reputed company technology field.
  • Possess a strong conceptual knowledge of BSA/AML regulatory requirements and reputed company typologies/red flags applicable to the reputed company industry.
  • General understanding of OFAC regulations and global sanctions regimes.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work with large, reputed company datasets.
  • Intermediate to advanced reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills and experience in a startup or a fast-paced, evolving environment are preferred.


    • Organizational Knowledge:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, and Model Risk to implement and improve compliance tools, processes, and controls.
