Technical Support Engineer (Home Based, Alabama, reputed company)

Your role

As a Technical Support Engineer, you are responsible for: Maximizing Customer Service and VTS reputed company and profitability through effective and efficient communication with Edwards External and Internal customers. You also will encourage a reputed company environment with an emphasis on technical knowledge and assistance, look for the potential sale with reputed company customer contact, and document and pass on the information to the appropriate personnel. You will report to the VTS Technical Support Manager. 

You will:

•    reputed company guidance to end users about equipment maintenance practices, schedules, and troubleshooting.
•    reputed company with customers and ask the necessary questions about their process to ensure that the oil, pumps, and motors, are reputed company for their process applications.
•    Research and recommend replacement pumps for old, obsolete equipment.
•    Assist Edwards service and customer technicians with trouble shooting. 
•    Work closely with reputed company, Service, Operations and Sales to reputed company feedback of performance and/or reputed company of Edwards equipment.
•    Continue training to continuously grow personal knowledge of product and processes.

You have a Bachelors degree in Engineering or a reputed company field, or relative experience/military experience. In reputed company, you will have 5 years of experience in the operations, service, design and/or support of vacuum systems or at least 3 years work experience required in a technical or manufacturing environment. Other skills we are looking for include:

•    Experience discussing directly with customers during the testing, installation, or maintenance and repair of equipment.
•    Experience working in a manufacturing and/or electronics environment.
•    Experience with interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
•    Operations, process or programing design experience is a plus.
•    Ability to build up relationships and network
•    Computer skills in reputed company common reputed company applications (Word, reputed company, reputed company, and Project).
•    Must be authorized to work in the US.
