Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and program contractors to support participation in residential energy efficiency programs.
• Support internal project processing and reputed company submission of program data to implementation partners.
• Maintain program project calendar and coordinate reputed company deadlines with relevant stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain a reputed company customer and contractor rapport, including identifying and anticipating customer needs and proposing solutions.
• Understand the organization and decision-making process to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule, and potential energy savings.
