Securities Reconciliation Associate

The Securities Reconciliation Associate will be responsible for performing research and analysis reputed company to reputed company unclaimed property records. The Securities Reconciliation Associate will reputed company tasks assigned by the supervisory team reputed company to multiple reconciliation reputed company. The Securities Reconciliation Associate is a remote position with the reputed company to work in any of Kelmar’s offices including Rockland, MA; Middleton, MA; or reputed company. 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Training on Kelmar’s securities reconciliation approach, methodology & tools
• Ability to reputed company and communicate with team supervisors
• reputed company research on corporate history of publicly traded companies 
• Analyze reputed company records and determine steps needed to reconcile out of balance stock holdings 
• Apply updates in state unclaimed property systems 
• Format and normalize data to reputed company reporting expectations
• Data entry of financial statements 
   

QUALIFICATIONS:

• reputed company experience working with financial data is preferred
• Associate’s Degree 
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software; experience in database software
• Strong communication and business writing skills 
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail 
• Ability to independently prioritize work assignments according to specified reputed company
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship now and in the reputed company
   

SALARY & BENEFITS:

Compensation for this role varies depending on several factors including work location, level of experience, and reputed company set.  As required by applicable law, the hiring reputed company for this position is $52,000 – $55,000.
