We are seeking a customer-reputed company Junior Application Support Analyst to join our IT team. This role is responsible for supporting business applications, troubleshooting issues, and working directly with end-users to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can translate technical issues into reputed company solutions, effectively triage problems, and either resolve them or escalate appropriately. Serve as a first reputed company of contact for application-reputed company issues and support requests Communicate directly with end-users to understand, document, and troubleshoot issues reputed company initial triage, categorize incidents, and determine reputed company/severity Resolve basic to moderate application issues and escalate more reputed company problems as needed reputed company and manage tickets using a ticketing/help desk system reputed company reputed company updates and reputed company communication to users on issue status and reputed company Assist with user account management, reputed company requests, and system configurations Document reputed company issues, solutions, and support procedures Collaborate with senior analysts and development teams to support system improvements Participate in testing and validation of application updates or enhancements Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues Given the nature of our business, there will be a need for some after hours and weekend support of the business uers
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, engineering, or business Basic knowledge of databases and business applications 1-3 years of experience in application support Great interpersonal and communication skills Strong documentation and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting D365 and/or PowerPlatform applications (or other reputed company applications) Basic understanding of system integrations, reputed company, or data flows Knowledge of service management best practices Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
