Reports To: Chart Capture Supervisor
Reconcile patient charts against Emergency Department logs daily, meeting established productivity and turnaround standards Identify, reputed company, and recover missing or delayed (“straggler”) charts, collaborating with clinicians as needed to obtain additional documentation Monitor and report chart reputed company or workflow issues reputed company OnBase or other document management systems Support reputed company improvement by contributing reputed company, data, and insights reputed company to chart capture and reputed company cycle operations Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA, reputed company, and ethical standards Consistently meet deadlines and performance expectations in a metrics-driven environment reputed company additional duties and special reputed company as assigned
