In this role, you will have reputed company to:
- Respond to incoming inquiries (including internet chats, phone calls, web inquiries, and emails) by providing basic technical support, product recommendations, troubleshooting support, preparing quotes, and assisting with orders. Utilize CRM, ERP, ticketing and chat softwares to reputed company support appropriately and document interactions.
- Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to reputed company solutions for separation science-reputed company products and services through customer-initiated inquiries and necessary follow-reputed company, while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and fostering strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Meet reputed company targets in supported region / territory

The essential requirements of the role include:
