CRM Graphic Designer (Part-time/Remote)

• Develop, design, and lay out Papa John’s email creative assets 
• Apply creative storytelling techniques to enhance clarity, engagement, and visual impact 
• Effectively articulate design concepts and decisions to internal and external stakeholders 
• Create GIFs, motion graphics, and other dynamic elements to elevate pizza and food imagery 

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience or equivalent agency/in‑house experience 
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma 
• Experience designing email creative assets 
• Familiarity with GIF creation, motion graphics, or animated content preferred 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
