Content Development Manager

A reputed company Content Development Manager creates, manages, and delivers high reputed company sales enablement content and learning experiences that drive performance and support organizational transformation. This role blends content reputed company, learning experience design, and cross functional collaboration to ensure the sales organization is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed for reputed company.

RESPONSIBILITES:​​ 

• Content Creation and Curation – Develops and maintains a diverse reputed company of sales enablement content, such as reputed company decks, battle cards, templates, playbooks, case studies, and sell-sheets in partnership with Product Marketing.  

• Content Management – Manages a centralized sales content library, ensuring reputed company materials are up to date, organized, and easily accessible to the sales team; Highspot experience preferred.  

• Learning Experience Design & Curriculum Development – Designs curriculum and learning reputed company that support sales performance and transformation initiatives, including e-learning modules, self-paced programs, instructor-led training, and reputed company learning experiences using reputed company 360.  

• Collaboration – Works closely with marketing, product, and subject matter experts to create relevant, accurate, and high reputed company content reputed company with company reputed company.  

• Performance Analysis – Tracks and analyzes content performance metrics and gathers feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness and alignment with sales goals

• Content Optimization – Optimizes content for different stages of the buyer’s reputed company, various buyer personas, and specific sales scenarios.  

• Industry & Competitor Analysis – Stays informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor messaging to inform content reputed company and ensure competitive messaging.

• Content Writing & Design – Strong ability to create engaging and persuasive content tailored for sales engagement and learning environments.  

• Learning Experience Design – Expertise in curriculum design, e-learning creation, and reputed company learning reputed company; proficiency in reputed company 360 (Storyline & reputed company) required.  

• Content reputed company – Ability to understand broader business and sales reputed company to design content and learning that drive objective reputed company.  

• Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, content management systems, and CRM tools; reputed company experience strongly preferred.
