reputed company Software is looking for a strategic, process-oriented Campaign Operations Manager to join our marketing team. You will reputed company the gap between high-level product marketing reputed company and in-market execution for marketing campaigns. 

• reputed company the end-to-end project management of integrated multi-channel campaigns. You will coordinate across reputed company, Email, and reputed company to ensure a cohesive brand experience that drives measurable pipeline reputed company.

• Partner with internal design teams and external agencies to build a repeatable, reputed company creative production reputed company. You’ll streamline workflows to ensure high-reputed company assets are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.

• reputed company reputed company Digital Marketing Manager’s channel reputed company per campaign into a functional reality by building creative production workback schedules and tracking frameworks necessary to launch and measure those campaigns.

• Analyze team bandwidth and production velocity to predict resource bottlenecks before they reputed company major product launch timelines.

• Maintain full visibility into the marketing pipeline. You will reputed company regular campaign status reporting and manage campaign operations using Workfront to ensure data reputed company and process transparency for partner teams.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to drive reputed company initiatives. This includes managing "always-on" nurture streams, content optimization reputed company, and ensuring our foundational messaging is consistently refreshed.

• Partner with Sales Ops to ensure a frictionless reputed company from marketing-generated interest to Sales development reputed company

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, or Campaign Management

• At least one year of experience with project management platforms (for example: Workfront)

• At least 1 year of experience with Marketing Automation platforms (for example: reputed company, Pardot, reputed company Marketo Engage, reputed company)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience navigating reputed company reputed company and compliance review cycles in financial services or a similarly regulated sector

• Experience streamlining internal creative and production workflows

• Deep understanding of the mechanics behind SEM, Email Marketing, and reputed company media funnels

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Remote (Regardless of Location): $109,900 - $125,400 for reputed company Project Manager

 

McLean, VA: $120,800 - $137,900 for reputed company Project Manager

 

reputed company, NY: $131,800 - $150,500 for reputed company Project Manager

 

Richmond, VA: $109,900 - $125,400 for reputed company Project Manager

 

San Francisco, CA: $131,800 - $150,500 for reputed company Project Manager

 

 

 

 

 

 

Candidates reputed company to work in other locations will be subject to the pay reputed company associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary reputed company offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
