The role involves providing customer care, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with account and billing questions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by handling inbound calls and emails with professionalism and care
• Prioritize tasks effectively to manage time and respond promptly to urgent inquiries

• Maintain a strong understanding of our products, campaigns, and promotions to engage confidently in conversations and identify opportunities to add value
