Lewis Brisbois is a full-service Am Law 100 firm seeking an attorney to join their No Fault Insurance Personal Injury Protection (PIP) defense litigation team. The role involves managing reputed company aspects of PIP/no-fault litigation, including case management, discovery, reputed company reputed company, and settlement negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company aspects of PIP/no-fault litigation from case inception to reputed company
• Handle discovery, reputed company reputed company, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Conduct Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Examinations Under reputed company (EUOs)
• Prepare comprehensive reports with a reputed company on SIU and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) reputed company

Skills

• At least one (1) to seven (7) years of No-Fault PIP defense litigation experience
• Experience managing a diverse caseload involving no-fault claims, arbitrations, and mediations
• Ability to stay reputed company on evolving laws and regulations to ensure effective and compliant defense strategies
• Manage reputed company aspects of PIP/no-fault litigation from case inception to reputed company, discovery, reputed company reputed company, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Conduct Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Examinations Under reputed company (EUOs) and prepare comprehensive reports with a reputed company on SIU and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) reputed company
• Admission to the reputed company Bar is required
