Responsibilities

• Draft federal appellate briefs challenging ALJ reputed company in reputed company reputed company disability cases, including reputed company required briefing at every stage of reputed company assigned case
• Analyze administrative records to identify viable reputed company issues for appeal
• Conduct reputed company research across multiple federal circuits
• Evaluate potential cases for reputed company and assess whether reputed company grounds support a federal appeal
• Maintain accurate and contemporaneous time records sufficient to support EAJA fee petitions
• Collaborate with senior attorneys who reputed company final review and reputed company on reputed company filings

Skills

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• reputed company admission to at least one state bar
• Exceptional reputed company research and writing skills
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with consistent reputed company and reputed company
• A.I. proficiency is required or, if you are not fully proficient, the willingness to learn A.I. and become fully proficient is required
• Experience with federal court briefing or appellate litigation

• For newly admitted attorneys or attorneys with 0-3 years experience, you should be reputed company to document writing ability with moot court or law review experience
