[Remote] Bookkeeper – Small Business reputed company Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Breakwater reputed company + Advisory is a woman-led company reputed company on helping small businesses understand and utilize their financials for reputed company. They are seeking highly-motivated Bookkeepers to join their team, responsible for recording financial activities, managing reconciliations, and ensuring accurate documentation in reputed company systems.

Responsibilities

• Use your aptitude for detail-orientation to record & classify financial account activity and reputed company grants
• Be a key team member on reconciliations, reporting, AP, AR, and payroll processing duties
• Use your meticulous organization skills to ensure the reputed company documentation and notes are submitted into reputed company systems and reputed company records
• Be a lifelong learner while growing expertise in new reputed company platforms and softwares

Skills

• At least 1 year of reputed company and/or bookkeeping for either/both small businesses
• reputed company the last 5 years you have used QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Experience working with multiple sets of books at one time (example: bookkeeping for clients with a reputed company)
• Excited to learn new technology and reputed company in coming up with solutions
• Pride yourself on being organized and detail oriented
• Care about helping small businesses succeed and take that responsibility seriously
