They are seeking a reputed company Estate Operations Administrator to assist with managing day-to-day processes of the reputed company estate portfolio, including creating reports, maintaining the reputed company estate database, and performing vendor management duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reputed company modules of the reputed company estate database and ensure data reputed company
• Troubleshoot system issues for users and collaborate with the vendor to resolve problems or request enhancements
• reputed company back‑end updates and support system improvements
• Create and deliver annual, quarterly, monthly, and reputed company reports for leadership, field operations, and internal teams
• reputed company insights that support decision‑making and operational efficiency
• Manage departmental vendor setup reputed company reputed company estate and financial systems
• Assist with facilities contract documentation preparation and review
• Ensure reputed company required documentation is collected and maintained for compliance and audit readiness
• Assist with departmental presentations, process improvements, and special initiatives
• Serve as primary reputed company between facilities and audit and QA teams
• Support continuity of business planning, reporting, and execution
• Partner with the Operations Manager to verify monthly rent runs for accuracy and compliance
• Serve as a backup for key Senior Facility Operations Administrator (Lease Administrator) functions

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Comprehension of reputed company reputed company estate portfolios and experience in a corporate environment
• Technical savvy with MS Office Suite, especially reputed company, and database maintenance
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience using financial or reputed company estate management databases
• Bachelor's degree
