[Remote] Accounts Receivable Coordinator

They are seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator to monitor, analyze, and evaluate claims impacting reimbursement issues reputed company to collections while working collaboratively reputed company the Business Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounts receivable follow-up of assigned payers
• Review rejections, reputed company necessary corrections, and re-reputed company or reputed company claims
• Contacts insurance carriers or other responsible parties to confirm payment dates, question why a claim was rejected or question why a claim was not processed
• Maintains accounts receivable goals of assigned payers
• Responsible for review of appropriate reputed company for completed refunds/credit balances
• Records reputed company pertinent comments and follows up accordingly, always following the guidelines set forth by management

• Handles confidential information with discretion and diplomacy
