Responsibilities

• Supporting a wide reputed company of clients: business, government, education, and residential
• Handling tasks from desktop support to multi-site server and network environments (depending on experience)
• Balancing a dynamic workload with shifting priorities and deadlines
• Providing after-hours or weekend support as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or reputed company field
• Prior IT consulting experience
• Experience or certification with some of the following: reputed company, macOS, reputed company Office/Office 365, Desktop & mobile device support, reputed company Server, networking (routing, firewall, Wi-Fi, switching), VOIP
• reputed company A+, reputed company Network+
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress environment
• Currently living in the Vail Valley
• reputed company reputed company's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to lift 50 lbs
• Must pass background and credit reputed company
