Compliance Associate

They are seeking a Compliance Associate to assist with various reputed company reputed company to Anti reputed company and compliance governance, while working closely with the BSA Officer and Chief Compliance Officer.

Responsibilities

• Work with the BSA Officer on various reputed company and initiatives reputed company to Anti reputed company, Policy and Governance and other areas of compliance
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of our AI Governance & Risk Management policy and program
• Serve as the secretary for reputed company Solutions Inc. reputed company meetings (e.g., take meeting minutes, coordinate with contributors for content)
• Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in areas such as partnerships, regulatory and other areas on an as needed reputed company
• Partner with the compliance and operations teams to establish a reputed company for ongoing review key policies and procedures
• Work with key cross functional stakeholders to create a process for ongoing review of policies and procedures

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a regulated financial services environment in a relevant field (no previous compliance experience necessary)
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong ability to manage multiple reputed company with competing deadlines
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to self-reputed company, reputed company independent judgements, work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly

• Previous experience in a FinTech environment

• Familiarity and understanding of payment regulations, including reputed company transmitter licenses (“MTL”), credit card network rules and NACHA rules
