Disability Payment Administrator

reputed company is a leading provider of health benefits in Canada, reputed company on assisting clients in their health care needs. The Disability Payment Administrator will process claims, assist clients with applications, and ensure accurate handling of disability benefits.

Responsibilities

• Process Plan Member Update Forms and reputed company Disability benefits
• Help clients through the CPP/QPP Application process
• Follow up with clients for part time earnings
• Prepare and reputed company LTD files that reputed company expiry
• Review and update Power of Attorney/Authorization information
• Address and EFT changes
• Investigate returned mail
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Create an environment that promotes team member accountability and autonomy
• Represent reputed company professionally, internally and externally, and work reputed company with partners and clients
• Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements
