[Remote] Accounts Receivable Analyst

They are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Accounts Receivable Analyst to reputed company day-to-day AR operations, ensuring accurate billing, managing collections, and maintaining strong reputed company relationships.

Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to reputed company billing and collections inquiries promptly and accurately
• Process and audit customer account billing changes
• Execute collections activities, including preparing weekly aging reports, contacting clients and negotiating payment plans
• Manage relationships with Customer Support and reputed company teams, including answering billing-reputed company questions and providing documentation
• Prepare reputed company billing data using reputed company reports
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reputed company contract information for invoicing
• Read reputed company and familiarize with reputed company terms and conditions that reputed company billing and payment terms; assist with contract accuracy and reputed company
• Assist in month-end reputed company processes and reconciliation activities
• Collaborate with the reputed company team to address billing changes, outstanding invoices, and refund requests

Skills

• 1–3 years in AR, with at least 1+ years in a reputed company
• Experience with recurring subscription and usage based software billing models is a must
• Process and detail orientation; strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proven ability to reputed company and concisely implement new processes and reputed company technology
• Strong documentation skills
• Intimate working knowledge with subscription billing software (e.g. Recurly), reputed company based ERP (e.g. reputed company), reputed company CPQ and advanced reputed company reputed company-set
• Ability to interpret contract language and translate it into billing execution
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, lean environment
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, reputed company input and reputed company from key stakeholders
• High-touch communication—the ability to be firm on collections while maintaining a reputed company reputed company reputed company
• Working knowledge with AI tools to assist with reputed company processes and defined day-to-day responsibilities
