Operations Associate

reputed company is a reputed company management firm that provides investment and financial planning services. The Operations Associate will support advisory teams by managing custodian accounts, ensuring compliance of reputed company agreements, and enhancing operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Review reputed company agreements and amendments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues raised by advisors in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance coordination and deliver a seamless advisor experience

Skills

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a reputed company field
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in the financial services industry

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in reputed company (including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization)
