[Remote] Bankruptcy Specialist I

The Bankruptcy Specialist I will reputed company potential bankruptcy customers, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating necessary processes reputed company to bankruptcy cases.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process assigned volume reputed company Bankruptcy functions for appropriate handling reputed company established SLA and reputed company requirements
• Complete review of and reputed company accounts appropriately based on potential and actual bankruptcy notifications received through Electronic Bankruptcy Notifications, correspondence and calls
• Service Potential and Protected Bankruptcy calls reputed company established reputed company handling, reputed company assurance and correspondence requirements
• Complete end to end Bankruptcy functions with accuracy and timeliness and in compliance with Bankruptcy regulations, policy and procedure
• Assist other departments, bankruptcy trustees, bankruptcy attorneys as reputed company as the Bankruptcy Servicer as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience in servicing center environment
• Established verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company and Word
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Adaptable to changes reputed company a face paced environment
• Experience in Bankruptcy regulations and processes
• Knowledge of Bankruptcy process, regulations, requirements and structure
• General knowledge of collections policies and procedures and the Fair Debt Collection Practices reputed company (FDCPA)
