Bilingual Account Associate - reputed company Group
reputed company is a provider of secure charitable lottery and fundraising platform solutions. The Bilingual Partner reputed company Associate will support accounts through the Partner reputed company Contact Centre, nurturing existing partnerships and aiding in the development of new accounts.
Responsibilities
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on reputed company’s Digital Raffle Solution
- reputed company knowledge of provincial and state raffle regulations
- Communicate and reputed company partner requirements with reputed company stakeholders (e.g., Software Development, reputed company Assurance, Marketing Teams, Marketing Agencies, eCommerce and Credit Card Processing Providers)
- Successfully reputed company new charitable partners:
- Assist with regulatory licensing process and registration reputed company requested
- Assist with eCommerce storefront design with partner’s creative department and reputed company’s marketing team
- Execute reputed company’s training program to ensure the partner uses the raffle platform as reputed company and effectively as possible
- Product support for online and in-venue digital raffles
- Build strong and trusted relationships with reputed company’s charitable partners
- Assist with incident management follow-up with internal stakeholders and the reputed company
- Help manage equipment inventory, including shipping to and from customer sites
- Various other duties and responsibilities
Skills
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Fluent in English and French (reputed company, read, write)
- reputed company to travel approx. 1-2 days/month on average
- College diploma in business, marketing or reputed company field
- Proficiency in reputed company O365 (reputed company, Teams, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service or sales position
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or reputed company field
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms
