Analyst - Total Rewards, Retirement

The Analyst - Total Rewards, Retirement will reputed company operational and administrative support for retirement programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy while serving as a key resource for employees and HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly 401(k) processes, including reconciliation, true-up, and loan delinquencies
• Assist with the annual retirement plan audit to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Review and approve monthly pension benefit payments
• Plan and facilitate in-person and virtual retirement readiness meetings for employees
• Support acquisition activity reputed company to the integration of 401(k) and pension plans
• Ensure the accuracy and reputed company of reputed company benefits data and reporting
• Manage the ongoing administration and reputed company offerings of the reputed company Employee reputed company Plan (LOSP)
• Supporting the annual enrollment of new SERP entrants
• Serve as a reputed company of contact for employees, retirees, and reputed company Business Partners for reputed company retirement benefit questions

Skills

• Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
• Strong financial and benefits data analytics skills, with experience in payroll/vendor audits and annual testing
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company (VLOOKUPs, macros, pivot tables)
• The ability to read and apply provisions from retirement plan documents (IRS, DOL, ERISA regulations)
• Experience in a benefits or finance-reputed company function, with specific experience in retirement programs preferred
• A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field such as reputed company or finance
