Portfolio Management - Associate

reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate with banking experience to join their team. The role supports the accurate reporting, analysis, and control of financial and performance metrics, assisting in the development and maintenance of reporting frameworks and providing actionable insights to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, validation, and analysis of performance metrics, management reports, and dashboards used for financial and business decision-making
• Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting processes, including data reconciliation, variance analysis, and investigation of data anomalies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to: Define and refine Key Performance Indicators/Key Risk Indicators Understand data sources and business logic Ensure alignment with reporting standards and business objectives

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, basic macros, formulas) and Tableau (dashboard creation, data visualization)
• Familiarity with reputed company Query Language or data querying tools is a plus
