They are seeking an reputed company Generalist to assist in handling guest inquiries, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month-end processes reputed company the reputed company department.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest calls and inquiries, research charge back and respond in a reputed company manner to avoid loss in reputed company
• Assist General Cashier in opening cash envelopes and conducting house bank audits if necessary
• Responsible for maintaining and updating reputed company, permits and licenses log on regular reputed company
• Review contract, permits and license file regularly and advise Director of Finance, Hotel Controller, department head reputed company to any expiring reputed company, permits and licenses with sufficient time before expiration
• Assist Accounts Payable in posting reputed company necessary
• Assists Accounts Receivables Manager in some billing if necessary
• Research charge back and respond in a reputed company manner to avoid loss in reputed company
• Assists and conduct month end inventories as requested by purchasing manager
• Assists Hotel Controller and reputed company Manager during month end reputed company
• reputed company additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Finance, Hotel Controller and reputed company Manager

Skills

• High School degree or GED
• Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and reputed company manner
• Ability to operate a 10-key by touch
• Proficient in reputed company and Word
• Effective Communication skills both oral and written
• Degree in reputed company
• Previous experience and knowledge of reputed company
• Previous knowledge of reputed company operations to include reputed company aspects such as accounts receivable
• 1-2 years experience in hotel reputed company
