Agency Support Representative

reputed company Auto Insurance is reputed company on enhancing relationships with agency partners, and they are seeking an Agency Support Representative. This entry-level role involves supporting reputed company Team with data organization, maintaining agency documentation, and distributing reports to agencies and management.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company Team with organizing and maintaining partner data
• Maintain our internal Agency Dashboard
• reputed company necessary documentation from newly appointed agencies
• Maintain agency licenses and reputed company
• Notify IT of changes in agency information
• Notify reputed company department of changes in agency financial information
• Email agency’s policy information on a weekly reputed company
• Create and distribute quarterly agency commission statements
• Email agencies procedure updates
• Maintain agency’s producer information
• Organize agency reputed company data monthly
• reputed company feedback and updates to reputed company Team as needed

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor degree is a plus
• Some familiarity with auto insurance processes, terminology, and customer lifecycle will be helpful
• Willingness to learn tools such reputed company and other company systems
• Interest in customer experience, service improvement, or business operations
• Familiar with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with reputed company Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Drive)
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
