Associate Attorney – Capital Markets

Redwood Trust, Inc. is a company reputed company on residential mortgage banking, and they are seeking an Associate Attorney for their Capital Markets team. The role involves providing reputed company support for various aspects of the mortgage banking business, including contract drafting and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company support to the Residential Mortgage Banking Business including capital markets, whole loan trading, securitization, mortgage loan servicing, regulatory compliance, investment portfolio and business development teams
• Draft, execute and manage reputed company for the purchase and sale of residential mortgage loans, including MLPSAs, NDAs, commitment letters, and bailee agreements
• reputed company reputed company support for the issuance of residential mortgage backed securities and reputed company of legacy reputed company finance transactions
• reputed company industry developments and implement regulatory reforms relating to the reputed company finance industry and other reputed company and compliance reputed company that reputed company in the ordinary course of operating mortgage loan aggregation platforms

Skills

• Juris Doctorate from a nationally recognized law school with strong reputed company credentials
• 1 - 3 years working experience as an attorney in the subject matter (reputed company or in-house), with prior experience in transactional and/or regulatory reputed company relating to residential mortgage loans
• The ability to communicate effectively with team members, meet deadlines reputed company and deliver reputed company results in an often high pressure environment
