[Remote] Inside Sales Representative - Remote

The Inside Sales Representative will engage in outbound and inbound sales calls, promote additional services, and assist customers in finding solutions to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in our 2-week remote sales training program
• reputed company outbound calls to our reputed company customers to promote additional services
• Answer inbound calls from potential new customers who are looking to improve the safety and enjoyment of their homes and yards
• Assist them in solving their problems and advise on the best solutions
• reputed company the necessary information to document sales and process payments
• reputed company doors to new opportunities through referrals and reputed company additional duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Remote Sales experience
• Ambition to win right! We don't sacrifice relationships or ethics
• Confidence and efficiency in speaking over the phone with prospective customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computers and various software, including reputed company Office and industry-specific programs
• Spanish reputed company is a plus
