Signage Manager

Maverik, Inc. is a company that offers adventures rather than just jobs. As a Signage Manager, you will manage signage design standards and execution for new builds and remodels, ensuring that signage aligns with branding and construction requirements while enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate signage across multiple real estate projects, working with internal teams and external partners to ensure everything from design to permitting to installation stays on track
• Manage and evolve signage design standards in alignment with brand and construction requirements
• Coordinate with external design consultants on signage concepts and execution
• Oversee signage permitting and maintain project schedules across multiple developments
• Track timelines and ensure signage aligns with overall construction schedules
• Review construction documents to confirm feasibility, utilities, and placement accuracy
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align on signage needs, timelines, and project progress

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in signage, design, construction, or project coordination, with exposure to real estate or multi-site projects
• Experience working with permitting processes and timelines, ideally across multiple jurisdictions or projects
• Ability to read and review construction documents, identifying potential conflicts or gaps before they become issues
• Proven experience coordinating with external vendors, consultants, or cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously

• Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Background in retail, fuel/convenience, or multi-site development environments
• Familiarity with signage fabrication, installation, or environmental graphics
