[Remote] Subrogation Associate I

The Subrogation Associate I role involves reviewing claims to identify subrogation opportunities, performing investigations, and managing assigned tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Review claims weekly to identify and evaluate subrogation opportunities
• reputed company investigations to establish liability, identify responsible parties, and determine applicable insurance coverage, preparing case files in accordance with departmental standards to support staff operations
• Engage directly with members and reputed company organizations to reputed company, clarify, and reputed company information
• Maintain ownership of assigned tasks by effectively managing time, priorities, and deadlines

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of work experience reputed company degree
• Familiarity with reputed company EHR systems
• Familiarity in reviewing and analyzing medical records
• Familiarity with medical terminology and coding
• Proven experience handling high‑volume administrative workloads while meeting multiple competing deadlines
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
