As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Answering inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a reputed company and memorable experience for reputed company caller.
- Determining the customer's concerns and scheduling the necessary appointment to meet their needs.
- Communicating with customers in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and heard, building trust and loyalty.

Qualifications
