Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth payment cycles and managing data reputed company to ensure payment accuracy
- Monitoring payment health and tracking reports for payment coverage and issues
- Handling failed payments and reviewing reputed company causes to resolve discrepancies
- Managing customer payment plans and coordinating with customers to ensure reputed company collections

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Startup experience in operations or customer support
