Senior Counsel – U.S. Anti-Financial Crimes and Sanctions

Job reputed company: • The Senior Counsel provides reputed company, reputed company advice and support to reputed company management in Corporate Group Functions and Business reputed company. • Functions as reputed company expert in one or more defined subject matter areas and/or specific business lines. • Provides high level reputed company advice to specific business area(s), may prepare resolutions, reputed company, memoranda to management, litigation documents and forms and participates in major reputed company actions. • Foresees and protects reputed company against reputed company risks. • Responsibilities will include advising on Sanctions, AML, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, and fraud reputed company including regulatory expectations and best practices, across business and functional segments operating reputed company reputed company U.S. and other LOBs. • This is an opportunity to collaborate with other members of TD reputed company; multi-disciplinary response teams across the reputed company, including colleagues in risk management, reputed company, control partners and lines of business; and to help the reputed company meet its reputed company and regulatory obligations relating to Sanctions, AML, and financial crimes.
