Overview Join our dynamic team as an Amazon Creator Connections Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful relationships between content creators and Amazon’s innovative platform. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content management to enhance creator engagement and drive brand growth. Your primary mission is to identify, contact, and activate creators across Amazon, Google and Meta. This is a high-volume, execution-heavy role designed for someone who loves the "hustle" of outreach and the satisfaction of seeing a creator go from a cold lead to an active brand partner. You will develop strategies that amplify creator visibility, optimize content performance, and strengthen community connections across multiple channels. • Identify and connect with high-potential content creators across various social media platforms and digital channels. • Develop and execute outreach campaigns to onboard new creators, ensuring alignment with Amazon’s brand values and marketing goals. • Collaborate with creators to produce compelling content that maximizes engagement and conversion, utilizing tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop. • Use SEO tools, keyword research, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and SEM tools to monitor content performance and optimize strategies for growth. • Manage content calendars and coordinate cross-platform campaigns using WordPress, Content Management Systems (CMS), and marketing automation tools. • Analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on key performance metrics regularly. • Onboarding & Coordination: Support the seamless onboarding of new creators, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed. • Support social media management efforts by creating engaging posts, managing Facebook Advertising campaigns, and leveraging social media marketing best practices to boost creator visibility. • Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, and SEM strategies to enhance content discoverability. • Strong knowledge of social media marketing platforms including Facebook Advertising, social media management tools, and influencer outreach techniques. • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and content creation. • Proven track record in influencer or creator outreach (specifically for performance-driven brands). • Volume Management: Highly organized and capable of managing hundreds of conversations simultaneously without losing quality. • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools to nurture creator relationships effectively. • Ability to analyze data trends using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions in digital marketing campaigns. • Knowledge of e-commerce environments and B2B marketing strategies to support creator monetization efforts.
