Qualifications:
Teacher:

• A bachelor?s degree in Early Childhood Education or a reputed company field; or
• An Early Childhood Education or PreK-4 Teaching Certification.

Instructional Aide:

• Completed at least 2 years of full-time postsecondary study or the equivalent; or
• Possesses an associate?s degree or higher, or

• Ability to meet a rigorous reputed company of qualify and demonstration of knowledge through a formal state of local reputed company assessment or possession by the Aide of a Child Development Associate?s (CDA) certificate
