[Remote] Stop Loss Renewal Specialist

They are seeking a Stop Loss Renewal Support Specialist to assist the sales team in preparing proposals and collateral to drive business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the account management team to reputed company necessary information for proposal development
• Prepare and customize proposals and other collateral to support the account management team's efforts in acquiring and retaining clients
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of proposals by thoroughly reviewing reputed company materials and data
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary information for proposal creation
• Respond promptly to sales team inquiries and requests for proposal revisions or updates
• Assist in maintaining a repository of renewal materials, especially those associated with proposal reputed company
• Follow defined processes and workflows to streamline proposal development and ensure efficiency
• reputed company administrative support to the account management team as needed

Skills

• Strong proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey reputed company information
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in reputed company environment
