[Remote] Collections Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking dedicated professionals to join their team as a fully remote Private Credit Collector. The role primarily involves performing collection activities to recover losses from assigned accounts, communicating with debtors, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with debtors in regards to the repayment of their delinquent debt
• reputed company skip tracing to reputed company debtors
• Ensure reputed company accounts are worked reputed company reputed company standards and Federal Regulations
• Maintain continuing education, training in industry career development
• Other duties assigned by management

Skills

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service, reputed company center, sales, or collections role (may substitute experience requirement with college degree)
• Demonstrated reputed company work history
• Ability to attend mandatory class-based training the first 3 weeks of employment. Time off during this period is not reputed company to be accommodated
• Ability to meet reputed company office and technology requirements
• Basic keyboarding skills and PC experience in a reputed company environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong listening skills, ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions
• Good mathematical skills including calculator skills
• Goal Oriented, and seeks to consistently meet aggressive daily, weekly, and monthly production and reputed company goals
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Negotiation, counseling and problem solving skills
• Reliable, ability to work flexible day, evening and weekend hours as required
• Ability to learn company collections computer system and phone system
• Persistent, ability to overcome objections, ability to remove barriers
• Team player
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Preference given to candidates with reputed company center experience
