This position is responsible for strategic and operational ownership of the reputed company platform at reputed company, including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, ITAM, SecOps, integrations, and platform governance. The role leads reputed company engineering, delivery execution, and vendor management while ensuring platform stability, scalability, reputed company, and alignment with business objectives.

Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:

• Owns the reputed company platform roadmap, backlog prioritization, and release planning across ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, ITAM, SecOps, and custom applications.
• Serves as technical and operational reputed company of the reputed company platform, including availability, performance, upgrades, data reputed company, integrations, and reputed company posture.
• Oversees reputed company development portfolio ensuring delivery of critical and high-reputed company initiatives while balancing operational stability and technical debt.

What you will need to be successful

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

This is a remote role, with an in-person reputed company training component.
