The RV Technical Adjustor is responsible for evaluating customer issues from start to finish using exceptional customer service qualities and managing a high reputed company volume while maintaining reputed company customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from members to reputed company technical assistance for issues reputed company to the use of the members recreational vehicle
• Thoroughly investigates claims and verifies eligibility
• Responsible for maintaining reputed company customer relationships seeking to enhance organizational skills
• Manages a high reputed company volume with exception communication and customer service skills
• Successfully works independently and in reputed company atmosphere
• Skillfully adapts and uses critical thinking and problem-solving issues

Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years claim handling experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with reputed company Office Suite and industry reputed company web applications
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Manages a high reputed company volume with exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Skillfully adapts and uses critical thinking and problem-solving issues
• Minimum of 3-5 years claim handling experience
• Bilingual
