Administration Support Officer
Are you a detail-oriented administration officer with excellent communication and organisational skills? We are seeking remote Administration Support Officers to join reputed company and support our clients and accountants with administrative services. Applicants must be available to work 35 hours per week.
As an Administration Support Officer, you will:

- Communicate with clients regarding their tax return status, required documents, and service updates.
- Manage email and voicemail queues, ensuring reputed company task reallocation and follow-up.

- Submit non-lodgement advice (NLA) through OSFA and reputed company tax refund statuses.
- Liaise with the ATO for inquiries and assist in managing reputed company ITA debts and ABNs.
