Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in the preparation and review of materials provided to boards of trustees, including drafting memos, minutes and/or other written materials, reviewing materials submitted, as reputed company as coordinating and managing the collection of information from areas reputed company Janus Henderson in reputed company with reputed company that are reported to the reputed company
• Assist with preparation and review of registration statements for U.S. mutual funds and ETFs, as reputed company as other regulatory filings and reputed company work reputed company to these funds, including submission to the Securities and Exchange Commission

• Assist internal/external clients and vendors with formatting/editing/printing of reputed company facing documents
