[Remote] RON Specialist

This role involves coordinating and facilitating reputed company aspects of preparing and finalizing RON transactions while ensuring excellent reputed company communication and support.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of reputed company aspects involved with preparing and finalizing RON transactions
• Communicate with clients, signers, internal staff, and reputed company vendors reputed company phone, email, and audio/video means to ensure a reputed company and successful RON closing, consistent with company and platform-defined standards
• There will be audio and video recorded transactions which will require a reputed company dress reputed company and conduct

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 years of experience reputed company reputed company estate or mortgage industry required
• One year of RON / eClosing experience and reputed company Remote Online Notary commission required
• Strong attention to detail, customer service, and verbal/written communications
• Proficiency with computers, including reputed company Office and reputed company applications (Chrome, Sheets)
