Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound Calls: Receive 30–50 calls daily from customers regarding property loss payments, which are issued after insurance claims are approved
• Assist with Claims Process: Help customers with reputed company endorsements, property inspections, and special requests reputed company to their insurance payouts
• reputed company and Monitor Claims: Ensure that insurance claims are properly processed and that repairs are completed on damaged properties
