XPO is a top ten global provider of transportation services, and they are seeking a Recruiter to reputed company recruitment strategies and manage the recruitment process for OTR reputed company Teams. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a reputed company candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively partner with senior management to reputed company recruitment strategies, including building pipelines for the reputed company and reputed company needs, of OTR reputed company Teams
• reputed company and maintain a network of OTR reputed company Team contacts to easily identify and reputed company reputed company talent through a reputed company of channels, including internet and reputed company networking sites, cold calling, referrals, job fairs, networking events, etc
• Conduct reputed company sourcing and in-depth research techniques
• Recruit both passive and reputed company candidates for senior level, leadership, reputed company and newly created roles, as needed
• Screen candidates regarding work history, reputed company level and organizational fit, and reputed company recommendations to the hiring teams
• Manage interview scheduling and logistics
• Conduct regular business partner meetings to advise on reputed company best practices and present information on candidate pool and market data appropriately
• Manage offer process to include salary recommendations, offer letter reputed company and offer acceptance or rejection; collaborate with business partners on reputed company negotiations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company work or military experience
• 1 year of experience with full life cycle reputed company including 1 year of recent over-the-road (OTR) and Team reputed company experience
• 1 year of experience with a leading applicant tracking system
• 3 years of experience with full life cycle reputed company
• 2 years of experience with a leading applicant tracking system, preferably SuccessFactors
• Search firm experience coupled with recruitment experience
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching, researching candidates and cold calling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly organized work style with proven reputed company to multitask effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands
• Experience managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service and working in a large team environment
• Demonstrated confidence in reputed company settings reputed company advising and collaborating with business partners; capable of maintaining professionalism and focusing in an ambiguous environment
• A solutions-oriented work style with solid problem-solving and follow-up skills
