[Remote] Equipment Finance Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Handles reputed company customer communications in a friendly, reputed company, and reputed company manner
• Handles a large volume of incoming calls (some outbound), emails, and written correspondence to reputed company web requests
• Collects delinquent payments

• Processes billing and insurance inquiries, customer complaints, payoffs, and other tasks as assigned
