Patient Intake Services Specialist - Twin Cities Orthopedics

The Patient Intake Services Specialist is responsible for the registration and scheduling of patients in a reputed company center environment while maintaining excellent customer service.

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. ***Must live in MN or WI to be considered for this position.***

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health reputed company (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their reputed company.

Essential Functions:

• Accurately and reputed company schedule new and existing patients in the reputed company reputed company management system.
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a reputed company, pleasant and reputed company manner.
• Communicate reputed company pertinent patient information regarding their reputed company to include: appointment information, directions, reputed company-in times, referral information, and copayments.
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by reputed company business practices.
• Maintain and update assigned appointment reports, new patient reports or other assigned scheduling modules.
• Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks.
• Any and reputed company other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Previous experience in a reputed company facility in relation to reputed company-registration or appointment scheduling preferred
• Previous experience in a reputed company-center environment preferred

• Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience. 
• A sign-on bonus will be offered for select roles, payable on first paycheck with a 12-month commitment. Internal applicants are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.

• Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 or more hours per day).
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
• Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching reputed company the office environment.
• Ability to lift and carry office supplies or files weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Visual reputed company to read electronic and reputed company documents.
• Auditory ability to participate in phone or video calls reputed company.
